Hello! As you may know by now, I retired from my "day job" after 33 years of continuous public service as the Utilities Operations Manager for a city of 100,000 people in July 2004. In anticipation of retirement, I closed down this website almost a year before that time. I am enjoying my retirement with my wife, and "YES," I am also working part-time as a consultant, to keep the cob webs from forming in my brain. (You could also say that I am trying to keep my hands in the water!)

I have been asked repeatedly over the past year and a half to put this website back up. When it came to people offering, and then actually trying very hard to donate all of the fees to put it back ON-LINE, well, that is ridiculous, and so I am putting it back up! Please understand that I am supposed to be retired, and that means that Stephanie and I may NOT be here for several weeks at a time as we travel about the planet. (Our latest adventure was to western Russia, where we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and meeting the Russian people. It was a true adventure in every aspect of the term, and very rewarding. They were wonderful hosts!) As such, if you have a question, or desire a textbook, please do NOT hesitate... please ask "the question" or order that textbook ASAP, as we may not be here when you REALLY need it! Please do NOT procrastinate!

We have FINALLY been forced to raise our shipping costs as the Post Office has finally gotten to our "overhead!"  For our California residents ONLY, we have to increase the California Sales Tax amounts by 1% effective April 1, 2009.  This is the first time we have raised the shipping cost since about 1994.  While the costs to print the text books and make the videos have steadily increased since 1994, we are still NOT raising those prices.  Thank you for your understanding!
